PARENTS/CARERS

YOUR SCOUT GROUP

 

FOR IT'S EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Group Executive Committee has vacant positions for Beaver and Cub parent representatives, together with Group Secretary.

The Committee is responsible for maintaining the Group's property and equipment, raising and administering the Group's funds and the insurance of persons, property and equipment.

Volunteering to join the Executive is to commit oneself to becoming a Trustee of the Charity. This has a legal responsibility that has to be taken very seriously and has legal implications if a Trustee does not carry out his/her duties for any reason.

The Committee meet approximately six times per year, plus various raising functions.
